  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items, valid within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item(s) being returned or exchanged must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the item(s) have been opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

  • Please note we may kindly ask for a provided photograph for reasons regarding quality control.

  • International returns and exchanges are accepted. However, shipping costs and other expenses related to returning order items purchased will not be included or reimbursed.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at cs@meetcary.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, please follow the returns and exchange policy of the relevant retailer. Please do not return the item(s) directly to us.

  • In any case of dispute, Cosmos Care Group Limited reserves the right to the final decision.
